Shipping Policy

AOC Nautique is aware that when making a purchase, we want to receive our order as quickly as possible. For this reason, we aim to ship products within 1-2 business days using express transportation to areas near major urban centers during the summer season. For remote areas, the delay could be extended due to the availability of carriers. So if you are near a large urban center, you could receive your order within 24-48 hours depending on the time you confirm the order. This policy does not apply to pre-order products but please be assured that we ship pre-orders as soon as the product is available.
