Shipping Policy

AOC Nautique is aware that at the time of a purchase, we want to receive our order as soon as possible. For this reason, we strive to ship products within 1-2 business days using express shipping for areas near major urban centers. For remote areas, the delay could be extended due to the availability of carriers. So if you are near a major urban center, you could receive your order within 24-48 hours depending on the time you confirm the order. This policy does not apply to pre-order products but be certain that we ship pre-orders as soon as the product is available.
